All fair points but still overlooking the obvious. This is a very real arbitrage play. We are trading below the deal announcement price. We have seen no recognition of value from a potentially disruptive asset. This happens all the time and always corrects itself eventually. We will be trading higher soon imo and we don't need material news beyond what we have for that to happen.
I don't think that its the no new news that is keeping us down. I believe it has more to do with who knows about the company. Wider distribution of the news we already know would bring in new investors.
