B phase 3 will be paid for by a partner. Just need that pHase 2b under their belt. if you read today's PR, it's likely that there will be rapid approval to market and may even skip Phase 3. The upfront payment will pay for next year's P Phase 2/3 AND the K phase 2/3 with other K trials funded by lots of groups.
