I rest my case.. They can and will do the same with the $15 Mil at any exchange rate they choose and will use exchanged shares to keep the price down until they do.. They had funds at the time of this exchange to pay the interest.. But the self dealing insiders took (stole) stock instead.. This will be the case on any debt swaps for stock upon the will and time frame of management.. Thier facilities in Lakeland Fla. are smaller than my Garage.. hank

On July 26, 2012, the Company issued 15,315,316 shares to Solidor Investments Limited in consideration for the restructuring of certain debt obligations to that entity as well as the payment of interest in the amount of $1,020,000.

If those are the sellers, then it raises two basic questions -

1) How many shares do they plan to sell ??? That's a load of shares relative to average daily volume, so a huge overhang.

2) Why are the selling any shares at these firesale prices ? If the stock ever gets uplisted it should trade between $0.50 and $1.00. Or as insiders with knowledge of the company do they not trust the reported financials ???
