EWSI reminds me of a waste management group I was part of in the mid-1990s. A small group of us in a building to manage the contracts, 10 marketers in 10 regions around the country getting contracts, and 10 regional firms (partners) to do the work. It started with a vision, a strategic plan, and a contracting mechanism to make the clients' lives easier. We managed all the work from our little office in Podunkville. Within two years we were managing $50M worth of work from Alaska to Florida, and southern California to Ohio. It took a little bit of time to get rolling, but soon it was a like a snowball that just kept getting bigger and bigger as we rolled along, and as word spread. It can be done, and in EWSI I see the management structure, vision, and mechanism to make it happen. For three cents no less.
