Look cdn, J&J are not run by a bunch of dumb people. They are now looking for someone on the DECN side to make a mistake. The legal situation is baked in the cake, so that only leaves weak sister partners OR weak hands shareholders. Let the stock breathe. A good time to deal with the buyout stuff will occur when the stock is fairly valued. Only a stock flipper would think that the stock is fairly valued at the moment.
