Maybe he sold just enough to go under the radar. In any case, he may still want to be the owner of the indirect clearinghouse patents, to hold off competion , for his Health care barcode plans, even though some can't imagine how it applies. The clearinghouse patent will be alive for many more years.

Once again - he was NOT required to file!

OS end of 2012 was 2,106,035,882 directly pulled from the 2012 10K Page 27 that was filed on 1 APR 13. DSS ownership was way less than 9.99%. He would need to be holding a little over 210MIL shares at that time to be required to file. Obviously he wasn't and most likely still holding 113,494,743 shares.

NOBODY... including YOU knows if he has sold or not. There's NO proof he has sold. IMO - I don't think he has sold and as SOG would say - the DOC is still in the house!

And NO, I'm not just counting only on DSS to be in the house either!
