Thank you McS for your service my brother in Arms and your son also. I agree with you about the DLA. I just think others want to do their on DD before they come along. I think they have had plenty of time to do that but one branch may be waiting for the other to act before they all get on board. My guess is not all of the Joint Chiefs are convinced or have been educated on this yet. And probably the Sec. of Defense.
