I think what Debbie might be getting confused with is:- its not being traded by their MMs on the OTCBB but it is being traded by MMs on the OTCQB.

That is what I was telling McS. Debbie's reply does not clarify anything. What does MM trading have to do with a stock symbol or a stock not listing somewhere.
