Insiders have 30 days to report their sales if any, right?

Insiders (officers and directors) and 10% shareholders have to report purchases and sales within two days; however, many of ENTA’s formerly restricted shares do not belong to insiders, but rather to VCs who own <10% of the shares outstanding.
