I have made 6 calls to A-Cent at the number that was listed on the website over the last 2 weeks. And I only have ever gotten an answering machine. That says to me that the company is NOT in operation but is being used as a share selling scam to make Quasar look like it is something other than a share selling scam run by Donnell Vigil.
