Yep...PCW+...It is clear to me that the SEC halt was intended to screw shareholders and aid APS in exicuting its next move PCW+. If the SEC was trying to hurt APS then that play and all future APS would be halted... SEC is a FN joke that steals from the little fish just like all the BIG whales
