They were uplisted bc they finally released the 10qs (quarter financial reports) they were downlisted to pink limited bc they failed too- wont cause a rise bc their actual financials are horrific. Have a loss of 89 million since its creation, they are paying salaries w stock n have no revenue to continue operations thru the yr- pretty big risk with this company
Not really going down...the stock is stable in this range. We are all waiting for Pre clincal results , then I think CBIS already has already or in talks with a partner to help start FDA/EU application to start when clinical results get published.
