Most likely it will become a dark shell and SEC will just halt trading.
Anyone with shares would rather it go Q then they could sell at a loss. Worse than BK is a company you can't ditch the shares in for a loss. I can't be certain if there is a halt issued yet, but I'm sure brokers and the TA will not want to touch this with a 10 foot pole.
I have a couple of companies in my portfolio that I didn't get out in time with and now faced with a loss and paying the broker to buy my useless shares at a fee, just so I can claim the loss. It's much cheaper to sell at a loss on open market than with the broker.
I don't have any shares in this company, and glad I don't :)
