Here is the good news . . . The SEC does not control the US Stock market. They simply are an enforcement agency who identifies violations for certain activities like lack of proper paperword or possible misleading information.

The grey market is not a graveyard. It is a temporary holding bin for companies to get their act together. Once they file the necessary paperwork, or clarify any misunderstood information, they can and do get reinstated.

Today there were 4 companies coming off SEC suspension and you can see how they faired at http://www.otcbb.com/marketwatch/ see trading halts

If there are any trends worth noting, it is foreign companies have a tougher time than US companies in complying and being reinstated.

Let's hope Geoff Bagatelos / President of World EcoSource, a PWEI company and a Las Vegas, NV company, can submit the paperwork to show their revenue and expenses in a timely fashion and help get PWEI back to trading in the OTC market.
