Actually I wouldn't be shocked with anything I heard in a RAYS PR. Well unless I heard the words "completed" then I would be completely shocked. Yet you will never see those words.
As for "PR"omises being made, well that is how the scam works. They make them big and shiny and just stall them out while they dilute till the waiting game becomes exhausting.
Like I said.. IF we get another PR is will be just another delay or a PR about a PR. Watch and see.
