They should, and maybe they will; but there may (and should) be more requirements for a drink to be labeled and sold as a health benefit as well as just an energy booster, as any candy bar could be. This brings to mind Bill Cosby telling about the time his wife was ill, so he had to feed the kids breakfast. They wanted chocolate cake, so he thought that, well - that's flour, eggs, milk, a little sugar...OK - chocolate cake for breakfast!!! lol
