Your both right. None of the ingredients popped out at me that were terrible. These are relatively healthy compared to 5 Hour so its a good option for the health conscious. At the same time Kids (Teens) will be picking these up left and right and they don't care about the ingredients. Just that it makes them feel good. Its a solid product in a HUGE money making market. I'd say we have a great future with MINE
