5 hour energy no sugar, 157 to 206mg of caffeine. All chemicals, total poison.
The only problem I see is 6 grams of sugar in ours. The rest of ours is at least closer to real foods not lab created chemical garbage.
In 2012, Forbes magazine commissioned an independent lab to
analyze the contents within full bottles of 5-Hour Energy. The findings showed that the regular strength 5-Hour Energy contained 157 mg of caffeine, whereas the Extra Strength version had a caffeine content of 206 mg.
The ingredients of the 5-hour Energy shot are, in order of listing, taurine, glucuronolactone, malic acid, N-Acetyl L-tyrosine, L-phenylalanine, caffeine, and citicoline.[6]
