I am not sure. Sounded like similar on surface. I don't know, haven't looked if VLST had any patent of their own, if they do, whether there is any subtle difference.
Standford could be the buyer, avoiding litigation later on if this one doesn't turn up anywhere soon since preclinical work is supposedly done.
