Elections with international monitors is what is expected, have a problem with that? Even allowing Americans to participate as monitors. (I expect that the Americans would refuse because of some b.s. reason to cover the inevitable, and that is Assad winning. They can better say the election was rigged by refusing to participate as monitors).
