They say OPRA is back online, but my quotes still have bids higher than the offers.

But I can guess what options are really trading at, and they do seem to be trading. It looks like the spy 170 call is trading at 1.06 x 1.07, because 1.07 is the offer and I see trades sizes going off. Now 1.08 offer.
