sarai, I have 2 young dogs. Brother and sister about 80 and 70 pounds. Occasionally they get into vicious fights with each other. I'm not fond of being bitten and the last fight just threw softballs and yelled at them. By the way, the male dog who is about a year old, slinks away after delivering an accidental "nip". Given the crushing power I have felt I cannot imagine the consequences if he did not.

Why don't you take that to the folks you admire so much at the UN??? I am quite sure france, germany, russia and dear old kofi would want to help anyone in trouble, and you always trust the UN's decisions.
