The value has yet to be established, but there are roughly 19 milly in the O/S and we Swipers will own a third of them. A/S is 90 milly. My belief is that we will see incredible news emerge once the ticker begins trading, and with the tiny float we have here, this stock could run parabolic.
I love this part taken from the prospectus:
Approximately 78% of the shares of our common stock that will be distributed under this prospectus will be “free-trading” shares. Of the 6,000,000 shares of our common stock that will be distributed, 1,323,905 shares will be subject to Securities Act Rule 144 as control securities and will not be free-trading.
