I have confirmed nothing of the sort, what has been confirmed is this is a dilutive empty shell. The SEC has made NO such statement regarding REG SHO, that is completely a fictional statement.

The only manipulation going on in DHSM is in fact the dumping of unregistered shares onto the market.
