After it has been explained multiple times that OTC are thinly traded, their SS is constantly changing, the Accum/Dist is weighted by closing price so it is very easily manipulated by "paint" jobs and of course the significant DIVERGENCE going on with other indicators and Price..... Well I dont think there is much else to say other than it is a false indication here in DHSM and many other pennystocks where the close is oftenpainted.
