I would expect nothing less from you- the explanation given is an absolute total load of crap- the investors conversion price is around 50% above todays prices if they convert to shares "if" they will do it in lieu of receiving payments on the loan.

it clearly states warrants are for 50 cents nothing below- the play here is the early stages 50+ cents is where this begins to make some noise.
