I have the same thoughts. Numerous possibilities, maybe ZTEM not ready, maybe at the request of potential investors, maybe (legal experts help out here) there are LOI or first right of refusal type deals being put together. I would be curious to see some examples as to how a deal could be structured for scout drilling and delineation, I.e. 2-3 million and then follow on 50-100 million to delineate. Maybe this is tactical to compress timelines of ZTEM, finance, permit, drill, assay. Hard to say, but the advisory board sure appears to be prepping for something.....
