You have been served with one lawsuit because of your lies. Have you not learned your lesson, yet? At least you admit in public that you have malicious intent.

Your actions are strange and you are attacking the one person that didn't have a damn thing to do with your crap on SI... but who did lose money using your service. I haven't even counted the amount of times where you said something triggered a buy and then the stock crapped out

People saw it happen on SI but I saw it in your chat room. I kept quiet during all of your mess but you dragged me into it and I think people who suffered because of your room should do something about it.

How many people who were subscribers to your chatroom in October and November STILL subscribe to your chatroom?

Why don't you sit down with the President of Pristine and ask him how he feels about discovery that would take place during a class action lawsuit? Show him your rants and ask him how he feels about the discovery that is going to happen because you defamed Tim Luke.

I believe it was Trader Joe that promised an expose and jenna who promised a conference call with AB Watley exposing Tim.

So please provide a PUBLIC link to the accusation that I promised an expose . I need to see how you are spinning what I said AND I NEED A LINK.

The two people that I know of that have said they are talking to reporters is Trader Joe and Tim Luke

And yes, I really think that you will eventually be hit with a class action suit...but I think it will take some time.

The best move you could make is to settle with Tim Luke with a confidentiality agreement and no admission of wrong doing....

but I dont believe you are going to do it and discovery will cause all of us to suffer because you will go berserk on these threads.

Jenna, I dont know what your situation is with Lisa, but a couple of years ago, she and I got into it on SI. She not only threatened to sue me, but told me it was in the works, guaranteed "I am SUING YOU", she quoted to me several times.

She constantly made threatening posts to me saying she was going to sue me, she is suing me, she had info on me personally, full name, address of one of my properties and etc......

Anyway, she never did sue me...only constantly threatened to do so. I am pretty sure I have all her posts saved. If they can be of help to you let me know, and I will see if I can dig them up. I am also aware she pulled the same thing with many on SI.....constantly threatening to sue people.....all her posts are documented and PM's from her to others were exchanged by many, so there is plenty of documentation as well as people to back up the facts.

Like I said, I dont know what the deal is with you two, but after reading your post, I just thought I'd let you know, she pulled the same stuff with me on SI, and if I can be of any help in this matter, let me know.
