Supposedly Bubblin has an investment in the oil well with Tiger. It's pretty easy to figure out how big. GDSM claims to have invested $20000 verified by the check cashed by Bubblin that was tweeted. That $20000 is 2% of what Bubblin invested. Now do the math and this is what Bubblin apparently has invested with Tiger. The Pr states the intent to bring the investment to 5% through Bubblin which would be another $30000.
