I agree Zervon. A purely rational perspective tells the story that NEOM's common stock is completely worthless. NEOM could win $50 million at Power Ball and the common stock would still be worthless.

While the suspense surrounding this RS debacle has great entertainment value, the fact is that NEOM's common stock is worthless whether it is reverse sliced and diced 1700 times with a Vegematic, or if this turd is kept in one rancid piece.

The fact that someone out there is still willing to pay $0.0003 per share is absolutely astounding to me. But I am thankful because the escapades from NEOM have priceless entertainment value- way better than most of the TV reality shows out there.

Hey, that could be the next money making idea for NEOM. Set up a web cam to follow LM 24 hours a day and charge a subscription fee to watch her interactions with YA Global, SEC legal counsel, IP Global, her comatose board of director meetings, trying to convince the auditors that NEOM is a going concern, reacting to Ihub message posts, special edition travelogues of her lavish vacations around the world, and jostling with Colonel Baer to see who gets paid with whatever money is left over after LM gets her cut.

That just may be NEOM's ace in the hole to turn things around.

Zervon: Or unless you get threatened with a lawsuit and just want to save attorney fees. It is called a Covenant Not To Sue. While they removed that revenue like, this may be NeoMedia's largest source of new revenue.
