Ice Storm scores differ from review to review between 12k-14k but yes it is generally a bit higher than our predicted 11.5k scores. For a 4EU Gen7 this is solid. No GPU leadership but also not that bad as expected months ago. For the future I expect from 14nm+Gen8 a GPU leadership in the tablet space with Airmont.

Intel was not kidding, Silvermont sure looks like the best all round mobile chip.

I agree - unlike the previous efforts, Bay Trail is a very legitimate competitor that leads in many key areas. CPU performance and power leadership with solidly mid/high end GPU (but not uber leadership) will be enough to drive real sales.
