Based on Section 13, that would seem to be the case. Although LBSR doesn't always get these types of filings done w/out error ;-)

And yes, Nov. 14th is a key date!

We better get those drills in the ground pronto if we need the assay results to lead to a negotiated joint venture for the next stage of drilling.
