The company. Has paid off the debt, their balance sheet is improved. Now, not that they would, but its probably better this way because debt is off the books, they can eventually put together a financial plan of a stock buy back on the open market if they so choose on their own timetable in the future or do nothing. Either way, debt was reduced!
