Then buy the shell and do better. I'm sure Joe would love to unload it. Or Joe has N right where he wants it. That debt of MOs is lost. How much is that? The shell is not even worth bringing it back to life to allow him to get paid. I feel for TF. But he's a smart guy, he'll figure it out.
