Why Do Players buy into this?
For those who do not believe in KGRI and wish to bring negative "information" about the company to thwart the upward momentum of this stock, please read the following msg., then throw out your personal comments. Let's just assume that they (the non-believers) are unhappy for whatever reasons they have. HOWEVER, opinions are opinions (just like my opinion), how would anyone be able to foretell the future of this company or of any other company? Since we are talking about possibilities of KGRI, you would never know what the people behind the scenes are up to.
KGRI could possibly been having NEW owner/management but have not release this information publicly because they do not want to give the impression of the company as being a "pump & dump." The new owner may be taking steps cautiously to show their sincere and genuine plans by waiting to release real information/news to the public. Thus, not releasing news is not necessarily a negative factor in this situation.
It would take hundred of thousands up to million of dollars in order for a private company to be able to publicly trade in the market.
For instance, I have personal relationship with the daughter of Panda Express and I do know that they once were trying to purchase an empty shell in order to publicly trade, however due to various factors they changed their course of actions. Thus, KGRI could possibly use the same route (in other words, some well know private multi-billion $ company or mult-million $ private owned co. Or LLC could or perhaps already brought it). Till this day, Panda Express is still a non publicly traded company, but KGRI can be different.
Again, these are opinions, I am not foretelling the future as those who are trying to underlie their message and mask it by saying they are their personal opinions. So what if there are people who intend to buy this shell from different sectors. You think this isn't a possibility? There are hundreds of millions of private owners who want to buy a shell and with KGRI this can be the case. There may be real assets behind this, and no one would know this. Look at CBY* for instance, this was a piece of junk-an empty shell - for YEARS, and now it was bought over by a private owner with real assets (This POS bounced from no bid x $.0001s to $.0044s n still heading North). Does this mean that cannot happen with KGRI as well? Of course not, anything can happen and this positive momentum is sign of this being the case for KGRI as it does with CBY*. Throughout my years in MBA school, I met ton of business leaders/entrepreneurs, local politicians who wanted to take their private-own business (es) to public. I’m a close friend of one of the nephew of the Saudi Prince & my friend often talks about taking over an empty shell to turn his exotic car dealership & franchises to become public. Hmmm...that could be possible here. Like I always say: Nothing is impossible in the OTC Mkt. Any POS could suddenly turn into a rare gem. In the OTC realm, coal could turn into diamond; Copper could turn into Silver n Gold in just one trading day.
On this past Wednesday (Sept. 4th), out of the blue there were about 87 million shares traded, and that day I've claimed that there would be days ahead with mega trading volumes along with mega gains. Did that not happen on Sept. 6th on this past Friday? If this is a true piece of trash, would you think that there are tons of inexperienced & experienced traders/investors jumping into KGRI to create more than 350 million total trading volumes? FYI: Do remember that there are thousand of stocks from low sub pennies to dollar PPS listed in the OTC MKT., yet failed to attract major investors/traders (not to mention that some of them are having major promotion going on)...Yet, KGRI managed to have big buy volume here. Obviously, there are true-believers who know there's some values here. Based on my experiences: When you had 100 mil.+ total trading vol. & the stock ended in the red, then that would be a bad sign. (Ex: stock ABCD had 100-500 mil total trading vol. and ended 25-75% down; stock EFGH had good news, had 800 mil total tradign vol. and closed with 10% negative). When these kind of scenes happen, then it could due to a number of factors: Stupid trading by idiots, pump n dump attempt by co., dilution, insiders trading, B/S PR with no good quality n quantity, etc .
KGRI, however, had more than 350 mil. total trading volume and closed with 200% gain (almost closed with 300-400% gain). So ...please comment on that....
