well i slept on it and remained with my initial reactions.
i was disappointed in the prurisol announcement
1) current sufferers ;needs sacrificed to business concerns. that tells me patients are to scientists what chickens, pigs and cows are to farmers. it would have meant a lot to psoraisis sufferers to know a cure was available.
2) kevetrin works and those in charge knew back in feb. the news was not released for business reasons. not because dr shapiro wanted to make a big splash or any of the other reasons discussed.
3) it is easy to figure out which patients advanced if you go back to the june ASCO meeting info.
4) it was stated elsewhere that dr menon guesses MTD will be reached in cohort 8 or 9.
doses so far 10 20 30 50 75 ? (may be 100 where the mice showed significant progress against diseases.
5) with roughly 2 mos for each cohort - cohort 9 jun 2014.
i have no opinion of the new expansion.
i think the share price will rise but slower than i orinally thought. i will be glad if i guess wrong. gov
