Great to meet you as well!! Yes, I confirmed with both Leo and Dr Menon . . . Kard and Polymedix are both now a part of CTIX.

If they rolled KARD into CTIX, then KARD income will now be on CTIX books and the cost of business will now be in house instead of as a separate entity at cost plus.

I am curious to see what the KARD income is in the 10K or next 10Q that reports it. They are a CRO that does contract work for dozens of biopharmas and Big Pharmas. Their profit will now go to cost of drug development.

IMO, this is the biggest news of the day.
