In all seriousness, the reason the MSIC board failed was that it was viewable for the public! Other club members insisted on privacy, strict privacy!

Matt, I believe you mentioned one of BobZ's nasty gross
and life-shorting habits, that he smokes cigerattes.

If true then we need a public, semi-private or private board
where those doing this, or living with one doing it, can gather
and talk about the "why" one will harm oneselves and loved ones.

As for the addiction (aka nicotine) a colorless, poisonous alkaloid,
derived from the tobacco plant and used as an insecticide.
It is the substance in tobacco to which smokers can become addicted.

Note: The addiction angle is NOT the reason
folks find it almost impossible to quit smoking cigerattes.

But back to the "private board issue" and i would like to expand
this into from where it came from, that being the wider issue,
sandwhich reminds me of the letters "issue" reoranged into
the name, as in issue to susie
but,
really its about CONTROL within a public open-to-all board
which this is all about.

I have been summoned to this place for those seeking wisdom. Well, if it's me you're waiting for then you are already in trouble!
If I understand the situation, and considering I have no background info, then I am guessing, however, I don't see a problem with the way things are currently. I think you want the freebie people to be able to view the private boards so they can see how much fun they're missing, yet keeping them from posting there should make them salivate for the opportunity to sign their life savings over to Matt.
I love the feature of Private messages although I wish there was a cleaner way to "keep" certain posts there. So, unless there is something I'm missing, I guess my opinion is, if it ain't broke....
BTW, I think churak is really Hootie Johnson and just wishes for the chance to keep "certain" people out of his private club.
If I have misread the discussion completely then,........nevermind.
