$2.1MM cash and 1.4MM shares of CTIX
Got it thru a bankruptcy court at a fire sale price.
Firm was recently valued at $230MM. Great line of products, some in advanced clinical trial stage, property, and equipment worth $1MM+ alone. Should be a phenomenal fit for CTIX. Company was in bankruptcy mainly thru poor mgt and financial weakness from what I gather but their pipeline of products looks like dynamite.
Go to any finance site (stock brokerage, yahoo finance, etc. and they all have the PR today describing the transaction and the PR does a lot better job of explaining the details than I can).
