Ok, I cornered Leo and the Doc lol. Some bullets for you all that I don't believe were in the presentation:

-no timeline on up listing. Value from this deal should be realized

- absolutely no reverse split to up list

- a lot of interested parties for Brilacidin

- European site still to be involved in P trial

- probably a 2 month process for FDA. They want a bridge study which will only take 3-4wks. They will be working the paperwork simultaneously

- autism drug on hold for now because of the landscape.

- moving fast on P and the new B

- a lot of research went into this deal. They are very excited about it. It was the stalking horse bid that enabled them to get Polymedix for so cheap and with stock

- cohort 5 is wrapping up. Not sure what dosing will be for 6

- Leo believes we are not near MTD yet. That the way DLT's are reported has to he understood. Ie: One patient experienced a lot of fatigue but they didn't think it was K related. But it still goes in. If a patient is nauseous or throws up before K injection, it is still recorded as a grade 2.

- Dr M confirmed with me that their is p21 activation. Preliminary testing has been done. But he was very cautious in his remarks. He said they really want to dot the I's and cross the T's. He actually used that expression. Lol

Leo and Dr Menon were both very excited and practically couldn't stop talking. They are ecstatic about this deal and the future. And the room was packed. All seats filled and people sitting on ledge as well as standing in the back.

That was a great recap and wonderful group of questions.

You couldn't have been more spot on is getting the most important info.

Thanks a lot. As a reward, if you were still playing, I'd try to get you traded to the Texas Rangers. LOL.

Thanks for the details Dmattingly...Brilicidin interest looks great

Here are charts with simplified uplist requirements. The Polymedix acquisition should help cover the 4 million in shareholder equity requirement. Get the BOD in place, stay over 2 bucks and we can roll...

Dmattingly,

It sounded to me like Leo fully expects share price to rise from the acquisition because of the potential for Brilacidin. He mentioned the 250m market cap of the company acquired and that Cowan and Co. had an outperform rating on the stock. My question.......do you think Cowan would give a similar rating now to CTIX? It sure would be helpful . imo

If I'm understanding this correctly, instead of a PoC we get a bridge study while waiting on FDA paperwork for the 2/3. Did they say when the bridge study of Prurisol will start? If it starts immediately I'm guessing at the same location the PoC would have taken place.

Or, was the quoted statement in reference to something else?
