IMHO, we will be much higher in one year and challenge the Spring 2001 rally peak within 18 months. The question in my mind is do we do another swan dive first. My answer has been no, but this week simply gave even more evidence how totally in control the bears are. Z's idea has been that a rally probably doesn't begin until we near Memorial day, and maybe that will be the case. If I get a sell signal, a 6 week time frame is typical. Additionally, my "sell" is at least a week late, which is ridiculous. 3 days has been a lot before. So we will see. If I get a signal, I may not even follow it, but i will let post it
