Skunk, I think you vocalized what many are thinking very well. Obvious you have thought it through. I would be concerned if no new licences have been added in the last year..Anna indicated there will be a filing , and according to the stated timeline, it should be released by tomorrow. I will patiently wait until end of week. Should provide some clarity.
