1)I do not believe any news not published yet on Bayport has already been discounted in their price. That would just be a matter of your opinion versus mine, and the rest of the investors.
2 and 3)I do not have enough background on the mining of precious metals and rare earth, to make a determination as to whether it was a known lie, or they were misled by someone doing business with them. If you or I find that out, it would be appropriate to post such a bit of information. I give them the benefit of the doubt at this point.
4)I saw a post recently that said that if the shorter put up enough deposit, it could be done. So, not true.
Not enough know about Mary Ann Canyon to make a judgement (see #2 and 3 above).
Also, your previous statement that "Management is not using this vehicle for anything but self gain and to represent they are working for free is absurd" makes no sense at all, as they are taking no salary (see Q) and have no personal expenses paid for by the company. So, other than the possibility of emotional gain, there is no other gain to be had....however, with the verbal abuse they sometimes take from the things said on the board, there is a huge downside to be them. But that is offset by the nice comments on their ability also seen on the board.
