I've received several answers from Joseph...

Of course I'm not asking those types of questions since pretty much all CEO's would not give answers to them. His answers to me emails prompted me to buy into this when he first took over.

The company has just started so I would not expect any news for at least a week or two (we just got our name change). Everything about his last PR is correct other than the shares of Sovereign Oil, which I could care less about.

Here was his last email reply to me on Aug 29th.

Thanks for the email. I don't really know much about Sovereign Oil since I've never been involved with it beyond the spin out paperwork.

It will take some time to build out the business plan but hopefully it all comes together and we all have some fun at the same time.

These are all just plays most of the time anyway. All he has to do is secure one or two horses and we're off to the races! :-)

Is EMBR going to be a "holdings company" or be their own individual company?

I'm hoping for the holding company!!! (the intro says Embarr Downs Holding)

surf, this is a 4 billion share company, owned by a wannabe horse owner with virtually zero success thus far employing a 30 year old green trainer, who has won $240K so far (not from Wade's pigs but from other owners).

There is no possible way, other than a full blown pump job, that this stock will go anywhere with 4 billion o/s and an owner who claims 8K dollar horses.

They would need to claim a 2 year old colt or buy a yearling for 10 grand and hope he wins the Triple Crown so they can syndicate him for tens of millions. Those odds are so astronomical however that all that make this is a pure lotto play.

4 billion shares. Unreal.

The good news? Not a scam as far as I can tell. Wade and Placker are Equibase listed.
