I disagree whole heartedly. How could you put value into something that is worthless?
Volume has hit the skids.... value is and should be dropping like a cannon ball, and it's in the cross-hairs of the SEC. Have YOU ever seen somebody recover from this? I haven't... But I've seen them get worse, and this is a stinker to the tenth degree.
The financials are terrible, but somehow, they are reporting almost $700 million in property assets (which is exact issue in the cross-hairs of the SEC), yet only $8,000 in cash? Their most recently posted filing is from a year ago, where they miraculously pulled almost a billion dollars from selling stock, supposedly using the money to pay off debt and purchase these assets (again, an activity that is under investigation with the SEC).
I am blown away that people are still hanging onto this one quite frankly. Blown away.
I believe the industry is solid, but unless you're just trying to find people to dump your remaining shares to, I can't make any sense of why you would think there is value here.
