Thx Snizzle for your enlighten. I did not realize there is a annoucement came with RenuEn 2013 Q2 Financials report news. After read the annoucement, I still do not see any word like cancel the Acquisition of Total Exteriors Corporation. They just did not agree to issue the amount of shares and other terms but they said "the Company plans to continue a working relationship with TOTAL moving forward" which mean negotiation will happen...and based on my own view and their working process which were captured and up to their facebook pages, I believe the process of Acquisition still happening and they are still (or may finished it already) negotiating about its terms. I think you can submit this question to the Investor Conference Call on September 13. Thx again for your respond.
