Most if not all of the big Institutional houses have extremely stringent rules that forbid them from investing in the Pink and Penny stocks. Now if this gets some traction and can stay above a dollar then it starts to show up on the radars. I am not an expert in these dealings but I think the big boys can start to buy around the 5 dollar range. At that point we start to make quantum calculations into the future.....you might just want to buy some shades!
