Firstly, they addressed shareholders of an public company . illegal. Second, they showed video evidence of a bottle with Premier Brands Inc label on back, hinting that the deal is intact.. Shortly after.. they dump BRND.

They used BRND for liftoff and got greedy then dumped them.
