re. your tagline; funny and all too true. What do you propose as a solution? Term limits rattle the cage, but then the same birds find another place to roost in the same cage. (i.e. state senators term limited out, but continuing where they left off in the state assembly). Maybe some kind of term limits that covered more than just the current office?
