No, telemarketers don't get too much of my time.

I was being asked about investing money which is going to be placed in an irrevocable trust, so liquidity is not an issue except for being able to rebalance investments as required. My input was that if the REIT investment went south, there wouldn't be a thing you could do about it but watch.
